Floor grinding using diamond grinding processes

By grinding a few millimeters of the floor surface with special diamond segments, a flat surface is obtained. Ideal for industrial floors, warehouses, agricultural operations and similar areas where an open-pored concrete floor is used. The floor is processed in various grinding processes until it is smooth , fine surface is created.

After the first sanding passes, the floor is inspected and any repair work is carried out. Here we professionally drill core holes or carry out cutting and chiseling work to remove obstacles (steel beams, rails, etc.) and then fill them again so that a flawless grinding process can take place. A final fine sanding step ensures a smooth surface. Now a concrete compactor and surface hardener is applied. This significantly improves the resistance to mechanical stress and abrasion. This already significantly reduces the suction behavior. The floor is then cleaned again of abrasion and dust and, if necessary, polished as desired.
